Red Hill is a local community in Virginia, and former rail depot, where apples from area orchards were shipped to markets across the country and abroad. This farmstead style cider is a 50/50 blend of apples historically grown in Virginia, primarily the Albemarle Pippin and Winesap, and a mix of high tannin apples.
Flavor: Tropical notes of pineapple and kiwi are rounded out with sour cherry. Medium body with a crisp finish.
